• To detect, prevent, and respond to the health needs of the Jemez Pueblo community
• To promote healthy lifestyles, prevent injuries and diseases
• To prevent health problems by implementing programs, recommending policies, and administering services that are evidence-based
• To eliminate health disparities by promoting equity, quality, and accessibility
